I love toast. It's one of my favorite treats. Whether it's just vegan butter & jam, or sunflower seed butter & jelly, or toast dipped in hot soup, or up on the side of my salad... I love it.
What I don't love is when I forget I'm making toast, and end up with a couple of hard-ass pieces of cardboard that I'm too guilty to throw away.
Sunofabitch.

I had toast (rice bread) with vegan butter this am - I make vegan butter sandwiches with them. But the smaller bread is tricky to get out of the toaster.
